DAZ Studio: Extract the Zip folder inside your DAZ Studio content folder ("My Library"). This can usually be found in Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library OR if you usually use the DAZ Install Manager to install your content then the library will usually be in Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library. 2. Poser: Extract the Zip folder to the folder where your Poser Runtime is located or click the "Content" tab inside Poser, then click "Install From Zip Archive" and finally navigate to the zip file for this product that you downloaded. The zip folder also needs to be extracted inside the folder where you installed the "Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials for Poser" if this is not the same as where your Runtime folder is located. It is important that the "data" folder for this product is copied into the existing "data" folder that was created when you installed the "Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials for Poser". (I have found that the best practice for using DSON Importer is to install the "Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials for Poser" into the same folder as your Poser Runtime folder so that the "data" folder is also located there.) If you usually use the DAZ Install Manager to install your content then the library will usually be in Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library. 3. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below. 4. Start Poser and load V4 into the scene. 2. Open the Pose library and then open Astrid and then V4. 3. Load the Astrid Head INJ (nothing will happen yet). The REM file can be loaded to remove the morph. 4. To load the Astrid morph load Astrid V4 MORPH. (You need to have V4 Morphs++ installed for full effect) 5. The head morph can be used on its own by loading the INJ pose and then selecting the whole body of the figure and opening the INJection Channels:Community menu. Set the value of the morph to whatever you require. 6. Load one of the MAT poses to add the textures. 7. The make up options can be turned on by loading the Astrid M1-M3 MAT poses after loading the Astrid FULL MAT. The Astrid FULL MAT features realistic eye textures that look best when the eyes are not moved. If you want to pose or animate the eyes, please load the Astrid Alt Eyes MAT after loading the Astrid FULL MAT. 8. The Astrid SSS MAT poses work the same as the normal MAT poses, but include advanced material settings for Poser 9 and above for creating very realistic skin sub surface scattering. Using the package with Victoria 4 in DAZ Studio 4 or newer: 1. Start DAZ Studio and load V4 into the scene. 2. Open Poser Formats, My Library, Pose, Astrid, V4. 3. Load the Astrid Head INJ (nothing will happen yet). The REM file can be loaded to remove the morph. 4. To load the Astrid morph load Astrid V4 MORPH.
