Thanks for downloading my free MP3 "Brother" by Adam Thwaites!

This is the first piece of music I've ever released so please be gentle with me :)

The music was created on guitar using a ZOOM MRS-8 home recording studio. The drums were created by the MRS-8, the chord progression in the background is something I've been working on for years and I just kind of improvised with it on this track. The melody is a total improvisation and none of it was planned which means it does get a bit messy now and again, but hey, nobody's perfect :) I love the spontaneous power of improvisation and I think it's a great way to express a feeling in the moment.

This track is for my brother Robin. We have kind of drifted apart the last few years, but very recently found each other again. This track marks the beginning of a new phase in our relationship. One that feels really damn good. So Rob, this is for you. I love you brother!
