Extract the Zip folder to your Poser folder or DAZ Studio content folder. NOTE: if using an early German version of Poser remember to copy the folders found in the Runtime\libraries\Pose folder after extraction to Runtime\libraries\Posen, Props to Gegenstande, Character to Figuren or else the product will not function properly, this may also be true for other languages other than English. 2. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below. Exact folder names and locations: ..\Runtime\libraries\Character\SBAmelia\ Hair.cr2 Hair.obj Hair.png Hair.rsr ..\Runtime\libraries\Pose\SBAmelia\ Amelia Activate.png Amelia Activate.pz2 Amelia Activate.rsr Amelia Body REM.png Amelia Body REM.pz2 Amelia Body REM.rsr Amelia Body.png Amelia Body.pz2 Amelia Body.rsr Amelia Head REM.png Amelia Head REM.pz2 Amelia Head REM.rsr Amelia Head.png Amelia Head.pz2 Amelia Head.rsr M1 MAT.png M1 MAT.pz2 M1 MAT.rsr M2 MAT.png M2 MAT.pz2 M2 MAT.rsr M3 MAT.png M3 MAT.pz2 M3 MAT.rsr Natural MAT.png Natural MAT.pz2 Natural MAT.rsr ..\Runtime\libraries\Props\SBAmelia\ Clothing Magnets.png Clothing Magnets.pp2 Clothing Magnets.rsr ..\Runtime\textures\SBAmelia\ AmeliaEye.jpg AmeliaEyeTrans.jpg AmeliaFace.jpg AmeliaFaceB.jpg AmeliaFaceM1.jpg AmeliaFaceM2.jpg AmeliaFaceM3.jpg AmeliaLashes.jpg AmeliaLimbs.jpg AmeliaLimbsB.jpg AmeliaTeeth.jpg AmeliaTeethB.jpg AmeliaTorso.jpg AmeliaTorsoB.jpg BrownTex1.jpg BrownTex2.jpg BrownTex3.jpg BrownTex4.jpg ScalpTemp.jpg StrandTemp.jpg Trans2.jpg Trans3.jpg Trans4.jpg Trans5.jpg Application Instructions: 1. Start Poser or DAZ Studio and load V4 into the scene. Turn off IK and zero the figure. 2. Open the Pose library and then open SBAmelia. 3. Load the poses as you require. To activate the morph load the Amelia Head and Amelia Body poses first and then the Amelia Activate pose. The Activate pose activates head AND body morphs. To load the morphs independently firstly load the Amelia Head or Amelia Body pose that you want to use and then select the whole body of V4 and look for the morph dial in INJ Channels, Community. You can then set the dial to whatever value you like. 0.000 to 1.000 work best. 4. Load a MAT Pose to activate the textures (Single MAT Pose for all versions of Poser and DAZ Studio, no material settings are included as the MAT pose includes all of this information). The different MAT poses can be used to change the make up. You may want to change the setting for the bump mapping. You can do this in the material room or surface select menu. See your handbook for details. 5. Open the Character library and then SBAmelia. 6. Load the hair figure and conform it to V4. 7. Pose the figure, add lights and render your scene. I would recommend using the highest quality render settings for your program and computer system. 8. How to use the included clothing magnets to help fit clothes to the Amelia body shape: Instructions for Poser: 1. Load the item of clothing that you want to add the Amelia morph to. 2. Zero the figures. 3. Load the Clothing Magnets from the Amelia Props library. 4. You will see the figure change shape. 5. To make any adjustments select a magnet and adjust it using the dials e.g. Trans(x) etc. 6. Select each body part of the outfit in turn and click Object in the toolbar and then spawn morph target. 7. Give the morph targets the same name e.g. Amelia 8. When you have made a morph target for each body part you can delete all of the magnets. 9. Select each body part in turn once again and set the morph dial to 1.000 e.g. if you named your morph target Amelia then set the Amelia morph dial to 1.000 10. Click Figure/Character in the toolbar and then spawn full body morph (it's the fourth option from the top). Enter a name for the FBM e.g. Amelia 11. Reset the figure. 12. Select the whole body and set the morph dial e.g Amelia to see it working. 13. Now all you need to do is save the item of clothing back into the library for future use. Instructions for DAZ Studio: 1. Load the item of clothing that you want to add the Amelia morph to. 2. Zero the figures. 3. Load the Clothing Magnets from the Props Amelia content menu. 4. You will see the figure change shape. 5. To make any adjustments select a magnet in the scene menu and adjust it using the dials e.g. xtran etc. 6. Use the scene menu to select all of the body parts of the clothing. 7. In the D-Form menu click Spawn Morph. 8. Give the morph a name e.g. Amelia 9. In the scene menu click the small arrow at the top right and go to Select, Select all D-Forms. 10. Right click on one of the selected items and click remove from scene. DAZ Studio will now delete all of the magnets. 11. Click the small arrow again and go to Select, Select All. 12. Find the morph that you spawned in the dials menu e.g. Amelia and set it to 100%. 13. To save the morphed clothing you will need DeltaX15's MorphToCR2 script. You can get it here: http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=44893&flatnum=1 or here http://4shared.com/dir/722776/10801f63/DS_Scripts.html 14. Follow the instructions included with the script to save the morphed clothing. I hope you enjoy this character and hair for V4!
