Installation Instructions:

1. Extract the Zip folder to your Poser folder. NOTE: if using an early German version of Poser remember to copy the folders found in the Runtime\libraries\Pose folder after extraction to Runtime\libraries\Posen, Props to Gegenstande, Character to Figuren or else the product will not function properly, this may also be true for other languages other than English.

2. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below.

Application Instructions:


1. Open Poser and clear the scene.
2. Open the Character library and then open Bertie Bear.
3. Load Bertie into the scene.
4. The bear is just a white figure at this point.
5. Poser 6 users should now enter the Materials Room and then open the materials library and then Bertie Bear.
6. With a simple click the materials can be assigned to the figure.
7. Poser 4/5 users should open the pose library and then open Bertie Bear MATs.
8. Clicking on the MAT poses activates the textures.
NOTE: You will need to set the bump mapping yourself if using an earlier version of Poser. A bump map for the character is included in the textures folder and instructions on bump mapping are explained in your poser handbook.
9. Open the Pose library and then open Bertie Bear Poses.
10. Click on one of the 15 poses to pose the character.
11. You can also pose Bertie yourself by clicking on the different body parts and then using the dials to rotate them.
