Extract the Zip folder inside your DAZ Studio content folder ("My Library"). This can usually be found in Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library OR if you usually use the DAZ Install Manager to install your content then the library will usually be in Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library OR if you are using DAZ Studio 4.9 or newer and you usually use DAZ Connect to install your content then the library will usually be in Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Daz Connect Library. 2. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below. 3. Start DAZ Studio and load Genesis 3 Female into the scene. Select Genesis 3 Female. 2. Open \People\Genesis 3 Female\Characters\G3G8CS6 and load the character preset you want to use. 3. To load the material settings open \People\Genesis 3 Female\Materials\G3G8CS6 and then either \3Delight or \Iray and load the material preset that you want to use. 4. The custom head shape can also be set manually and can be found in Head/Real World in the Shaping tab (NOTE: DAZ Studio 4.9 and newer users may need to load the character preset in step 2. before the dials become visible). Genesis 8 Female: 1. Start DAZ Studio and load Genesis 8 Female into the scene. Select Genesis 8 Female. 2. Open \People\Genesis 8 Female\Characters\G3G8CS6 and load the character preset you want to use. 3. To load the material settings open \People\Genesis 8 Female\Materials\G3G8CS6 and then either \3Delight or \Iray and load the material preset that you want to use. 4. To load the G3G8CS6 Lashes material preset, you need to select the Genesis 8 Female Eyelashes figure and then load the preset. 5. The custom head shape can also be set manually and can be found in Head/Real World in the Shaping tab (NOTE: DAZ Studio 4.9 and newer users may need to load the character preset in step 2. before the dials become visible).
