Start Poser or DAZ Studio. 2. Empty the scene and then load V4 or V4.1 and turn of IK and zero the figure. 3. Open the Character library and then LowRider. 4. Load the items of clothing that you want to use *IMPORTANT* Make sure you select V4 every time before you load an item of clothing. 5. Parent each item to V4. After you have done that you should magnetise each item of clothing to V4 using the magnetise poses that come with the V4 Base. 6. Select V4 and load your favourite pose. 7. For the boots to look right simply set the bend angle of V4īs feet to 0. 8. To stop slight pokethrough you should set V4īs shoulders and upper arms to invisible when using the jacket. Check your user manual if you`re not sure how to do that. 9. There are several fix and adjustment morphs included with the clothing, simply select the whole body of the clothing figure to see which are available. Set them using the morph dials to get rid of any pokethrough. 10. By setting certain parts of V4 to invisible and using the morphs you should get a perfect fit for most poses. If you use any extreme poses there may be some pokethrough though. In this case try adjusting the pose a little. 11. To change the colours and look of the clothing open the Pose library and then LowRider MAT. 12. Select an item of clothing and then load the MAT pose you would like to use on it. NOTE: Some of the effects will only be visible after rendering. NOTE II: The MAT poses do NOT work fully in DAZ Studio, they will change the colour of the clothes, but the latex etc. effects will not be visible even after rendering. If you want these kind of effects you will have to set them up manually. Poser 4 users will need to set up the bump mapping manually for it to look right. 13. To use the FBMs and Movement Morphs simply select the whole body of each clothing figure and then look at the dials menu for the different options. Set the morphs using the dials. 14. To get another different look for the jacket you can set the arms and shoulder areas to invisible. Check your user manual if youīre not sure how to do that. Tips and Limitations: Because I didnīt use any texture maps on the clothing it is really easy to use your favourite colours on them. I would recommend first deciding if you want a leather look, a shiny look or a latex look and then load one of the MAT Poses to create this. Next all you need to do is open the material room or surface selection menu and change the colour of the material zones for each item of clothing. I included templates for all the items for you to make your own textures or transmaps too. You can give away the textures you make for free or you can sell them. If you have any questions just send an email to the address above. I hope you enjoy this outfit for V4! Cheers Adam
