Needed Files List: Poser 4 or newer OR DAZ Studio (free or advanced) Installation Instructions: 1. Extract the Zip folder to the folder where your Poser Runtime is located OR to your DAZ Studio content folder. If you are using one of the newest versions of Poser you should click the "Content" tab inside Poser, then click "Install From Zip Archive" and finally navigate to the zip file for this product that you downloaded. 2. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below. Exact folder names and locations: ..\Runtime\Geometries\NaturalBounce\ breastbase.obj breasthandle.obj ..\Runtime\libraries\Pose\NaturalBounce2\ Magnetize Clothing NB2.png Magnetize Clothing NB2.pz2 ..\Runtime\libraries\Props\NaturalBounce2\ Breast L.png Breast L.pp2 Breast R.png Breast R.pp2 Buttock L.png Buttock L.pp2 Buttock R.png Buttock R.pp2 Mid L.png Mid L.pp2 Mid R.png Mid R.pp2 Nipple L.png Nipple L.pp2 Nipple R.png Nipple R.pp2 Application Instructions: 1. Start Poser or DAZ Studio. 2. Load V4 and apply any character morphs that you want to use. 3. Open the Props library and then NaturalBounce2. 4. Load the magnet/d-former tools that you want to use. NOTE: The magnets/d-formers work the same way in Poser and DAZ Studio, but will have a different appearance in each program. In Poser the magnet tools will appear as coloured orbs with black disc bases and magnet zones. In DAZ Studio they will appear as regular d-formers. In Poser you will need to select each body part for the magnet tools to become visible. In DAZ Studio they will always be visible. 5. Select the chest area of V4. 6. Now you will see the coloured orbs to the left and right of V4 with the black discs underneath. 7. The Natural Bounce 2 tools work just like magnets, the orb is like the magnet and the base (black disc) is like the magnet base. 8. If you have the V4 morphs I would recommend setting Breast Large to 1.000 and the Nipple morph to 1.000 the first time you try out the tools so you can see clearly how they work. 9. Select the chest area and then select one of the coloured orbs using the transformation tool (cross with arrows in the tool bar). (DAZ Studio users should select and move the 3d arrows of the d-formers) 10. Click and hold your mouse button on the coloured orb and move the mouse around to see how the body follows the movements. You can move the camera around to move the breast in different directions. Just experiment a bit to get a feel for the tool. 11. If you want to control the orb more precisely just select it and then use the dials in the dials menu to move it around. 12. Moving the orbs for buttock control works in the same way, but you should select the hip area before selecting an orb. 13. To use an item of clothing simply load it and conform it to V4 in the usual way. 14. Select the item of clothing. 15. Open the Pose library and then NaturalBounce2. 16. Load the Magnetize Clothing NB2 pose. 17. Select either the hip or chest area of V4. 18. Now when you move the orbs the body and also the clothing will follow the movements. NOTE: If you are using body morphs on your V4 figure the clothing must also contain these morphs and they must be set up to match the body morph you are using on V4. 19. The orbs are smart propped to V4 which means when you load a pose they will follow V4 automatically. 20. Try loading some poses and then posing the orbs as above to get a feel for this. 21. The tools are compatible with V4 and all of her different body morphs right out of the box. There is no need to make any adjustments to use them with these characters. 22. If you want to try out the tools with other characters or if you want to make any adjustments to them yourself please follow the instructions below: a) More often than not you will want to make an adjustment to the zone. To do this simply select an orb and then select the corresponding zone (white ring). b) Alter the zone using the dials in the dials menu e.g. move it up or down or left and right or make it bigger or smaller. c) Keep going back to the orb and moving it around to see what effect changing the zone has on the movement of the body and/or clothing. d) Other ways of adjusting the tools include moving the base around and scaling or rotating the orb. e) Select an orb and then select the base (black disc) underneath it. f) Move the base around using the transformation tool or the dials. g) Try positioning it directly behind the breast area. h) Select the orb again and try scaling and rotating it to see what kind of effect this has on the body and/or clothing. 23. When you render the scene the orbs and other coponents will not be visible. 24. Keep experimenting and see what you can do with the tools. There are lots of possibilities! Tips and Limitations: Certain poses may lead to some strange effects across different areas of the body when using the tools. This can be adjusted by follwing the steps in part 22. above. Take a look at your handbook for more tips and techniques on using magnets. If you have any questions just send an email to the address above. I hope you enjoy using this set of magnets/d-formers to add some more realism to your renders and animations. Have fun!
