DAZ Studio: Extract the Zip folder inside your DAZ Studio content folder ("My Library"). This can usually be found in Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library. 2. Poser: Extract the Zip folder to the folder where your Poser Runtime is located or click the "Content" tab inside Poser, then click "Install From Zip Archive" and finally navigate to the zip file for this product that you downloaded. The zip folder also needs to be extracted inside the "My Library" folder where you installed the "Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials for Poser" usually Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library 2. As an alternative you can extract the Zip folder to a different location and manually copy the folders and files to the correct location as listed below. The SR Helena Navel Adjust shaping dial can be found in Waist/Real World. 9. Due to the height difference of the Helena morph, you will need to drop the figure down to the floor before posing.
