As the owner of this commercial license you are granted permission to use the original music data included in the Rising Power collection for commercial purposes with the following restrictions:


1. You may not sell the original music data as it is, it must be integrated into your own commercial projects/products e.g. animated film, CG animated film, film, computer game, presentation, youtube video, website etc.

2. A commercial project/product is hereby defined as anything other than non-commercial private home use of the original music data.

3. Where possible the original music data must not be extractable from your project/product.

4. You are not entitled to sell the original music data individually or as part of a collection of music for either private or commercial use.

5. You are not entitled to reproduce or distribute the original music data as it is either digitally or physically in any way. Reproduction and distribution of your own commercial project/product including the music data is allowed.

6. You are not entitled to grant any licensing of the original music data as it is. Licensing of your own commercial project/product including the music data is allowed.

7. You are not entitled to give the original music data or your project/product including the original music data away for free in any way. Physical broadcasting of the music data for free is allowed e.g. burned onto a single cd and broadcast through loud speakers at a public event/gathering.

8. Where possible this license must be included with your project/product.

9. Where possible a credit for Adam Thwaites and http://www.most-digital-creations.com/rising_power.htm must be included with your project/product.
