Just unzip to where your Poser Runtime or DAZ Studio My Library directory is located.

You can find the V4 pose in the Pose library, in Mostdigitalcreations, in PhotoModelV4.

OR

You can find the Genesis (V5) pose in Presets, Poses, Mostdigitalcreations, V5 Photo Model.
